Motions- finally had some motions today after 3 days.
Cold and cough- still have congestion and light cough. But feel better
Still feel tired easily.
Not able to sleep at nights
Lower back pain the same. Increases with constipation
Feel moody and emotional. Anxious too.
Have been craving sweets and feeling that hunger is not getting satisfied whatever I eat.
Very gassy.

Sir I need some help on this.
Like I have been mentioning that since last few days I am just not able to sleep at night and that I am feeling gassy. This is third night that even though I want to sleep and feeling sleepy I am unable To stay asleep because of extreme nausea and bloated gassiness. I am burping a lot ( I usually don't burp ) and getting bouts of this uneasy feeling in the entire stomach usually in the center.
I had motions yesterday also but it didn't clear and was constipated.
I am walking in the house with this extreme nausea uneasiness at night and doing some yoga etc to feel ease. I feel slight better doing that and then again the feeling comes back. Sometime back I even felt like I was fainting so my husband gave sugar water and I sipped and felt tad better. But again feel same now. Very uneasy. My feeling is its all due to constipation or don't knw what. But this feeling is not common to me. Just had this kind of feeling once before when I had hemorrhage due to constipation about 8 years back.

Last remedies were as follows

Dec 1,2,3 had staphysagria 200 one dose each day.
Dec 3rd had alumina200 one dose.

No I don't have watery mouth. Infact I often feel dry throat and mouth. Could also be due to the cold i still have and US homes can get so dehydrating with heaters etc.

The uncomfortable feeling starts from under chest in between ribs going straight down to the belly button. The entire lower stomach feels heavy weighing sometimes (like during/before periods).
It's not any pain anywhere. Just a weird feeling of sinking nauseating dropping sorts. My husband was suggesting that I am sometimes having kambocha tea these days which is a very organic good probiotic. But aparently it could make you feel sick if you suddenly take it. But the first few bottles I had before my cold and flu, I felt amazing. I felt calm in body and new energy. After cold and Flu I hardly had around 3-4 oz/day and I am not sure if that can cause any problems.
But yes since last three nights I had same symptoms headache on left or right side, feeling gassy. Now also I am feeling that intermittent wierd feeling in stomach. It's coming and going. Feels better after eating.

Yes, my periods are over.

I have Alumen 30 at home as you had asked.

I have finished having second dose of ipecac 30 today.

Regarding carbo veg, I just checked, and I have carbo veg 12x at home. Let me know if that's not fine. I might be able to locally get hold of carbo veg 30. But if not available, then I will have to order online.

Sir I have had all three doses of ipecac 30 by now. I am still feeling pretty much the same. It's such a strange feeling. When I eat I feel better momentarily but in half hour I start feeling this wierd sensation mostly in upper stomach in middle. Like a pulling uneasiness. Now my entire head is again aching slightly. Slight nausea. Very weak. Just feeling terrible like something's wrong in stomach as this is such a strange feeling.
I will buy carbo veg 30 tomorrow.

So should I continue the ipecac 30 ? ( you had asked me to have it for 3 days)

Should I have carbo veg 30 along with ipecac 30 giving a gap?

When should we start with Alumen 30 u think ?
