I am leaving for a weeks vacation tomorrow. As you know I am still not feeling my best. The pain in the upper stomach is not there right now, but it came few hours back for some time. I am just developing too much gas and if I don't keep eating something every few hours I am getting miserable.

I asked you before what should I carry while I am away. And you said "
Please take with you Staphysagria 200C, Mag Phos 6x and Belladonna 200C as well"

Do I need to take any other Med ?

I was expecting periods today but didn't get it yet!

My tongue feels sour lost time on the upper inside part. The front of tongue isn't coated. Otherwise it's heavily coated inside.

My energy seems Better today.

Thanks for wishes. I am enjoying in san diego. But haven't been keeping so well. Today again got the upper stomach pain. Had Advil so it is subsiding.
My stomach is just too bloated. I didn't get periods after provera this time. Yesterday and today had a little spotting.
I did carry some tissue salts and some homeo with me. Would you suggest any Med or should I wait till 2 nd Jan till I am back.

How was your holidays? How are you doing ?

I returned from vacation on Jan 2nd. It was v nice. A good change.

The last told you that I had the 5 day provera progesterone course by my doc from 17th dec. I was to get my period by 25th. But I didn't. I finally started to get from 28th dec till today. It was v v mild flow. This happens rarely to me. When it happenend last, the next time i missed periods for month and half and again when I got it was too heavy.
Currently i am still having heavy digestion issues. Since the trip midway and sjnce I am back I still have heavy coating on upper( inside part near throat ) part of tongue. I am having about two motions in a day. Very uncomfortable. It's smelly sticky light colored. Today I had fresh juice of orange And apple it caused tremendous nausea, feeling of giddy Etc. the nausea is lessened after I had dinner but I feel v weak with it.

I wanted to ask you also about the main thing of the ovarian cyst. Did u give me meds for it already or where you Waiting due to my periods. My periods are over today.

I took ipecac 200 in the morning. I felt much better by noon and now I feel the stomach feels 95% better. I didn't have a bowel moment today. But I don't feel uncomfortable as I was feeling. My head was blasting, that too has gone. Thanks.

I understand how something or the other side tracks things. I hope you can soon work on my main problem.

Thanks I feel lot better in my stomach. My nausea has gone. But I still feel very gassy and getting head aches due to that. There is a tenderness and heaviness in the stomach. My tongue still has the same kind of coating in the upper inside part. I had a bowel after one day today and it's similar to the ones I am getting now a days. Smelly and sticky. Feels like it's a parasite infection( like amebiasis) because my bowels never smell so pungent. And it's been more than 2 weeks taht I am getting such motions.

My weakness has improved.

Sorry Nawaz ji for the delayed reply.

I waiting one more day to see how are my symptoms.

The coating on tongue has reduced a bit. But it's still exists on the inside parts. The color to me looks white.
It increases after I eat anything and I get this sour like taste in the inner side of the tongue.

The gas is feeling in the entire stomach since last few days. Usually if I eat gluten I get in upper stomach in middle below ribs. But now it's not specific to any location. The entire stomach bloats up tight.

The motions also are not as stinky. It's even not as light colored. It changed from light mustard to light brown.

I will start the Med tomorrow.

I start with the progesterone every month on 17th. So this should be timed wel before that.

Regarding the indigestion. I do feel slightly better. Motions are getting better. Coating the same as before on tongue.

I have started hydrastis 30 remedy today mornjng.

Since last night I am very nauseated since dinner. I had dosa made of green lentils. Somehow I just didn't feel good since taht. I still feel the same. I haven't had the bowel movement yet. My tongue is white coated. More towards the inside. I also have a bit of cold. Constantly clearing throat and a slightly blocked nose. The seasonal allergy also is bad on me. I wake up feeling so worn down due to taht. My eyes are sticky in morning and can't be opened well due to that. Usually I used to take allergy Med Claritin for this. For now I am not taking all that.

I will get merc sol 200

Amazing how you have managed to learn this art/science along with your career. This can't be easy. I have so much appreciation for people who are so selfless and motivated in life. My husbands grandma who used to prescribe homeo learnt after having five kids and traveling 20 Kim's everyday. She is my inspiration.

Do I need only one dose of arsenic album?

Oh I thought I need to tell this as it just occurred taht it's been bothering me. . I am feeling that the nausea is kind of caused due to my neck. I have been feeling wierd block kinda in my ears. And I do have cervical disc buldge as you know. I have been having trouble with my new pillow and I m thinking sometimes when my neck feels out of balance I get nauseous too. Ofcourse it dosent explain the white coating in tongue.

I have made some mistakes this time with dosage. I am so very sorry for this. Somehow, I thought I need to have hydrastis 30 for only 3 days and hence stopped having after 3 days. Whereas you said 5 days. Since yesterday I stopped it.
Apart from this you asked me to take arsenic album 200 one dose. Which I did.

Current symptoms:-
My tongue coating actually increased after one day of arsenic album 200. Then day after (today)reduced a bit. But still Heavy white coating at the back of tongue.

Started to have lot of vaginal discharge too and tightness of lower abdomen ~ PMS like symptoms. Discharge is slimy whitish acidic smelling. We came down to flagstaff Arizona for weekend and the cold is making the discharge worse.
Also I feel very weak. Irritated moods and fibromyalgia pains seems elevated

Please advice if need to again take hydrastis ?

P.S - tomorrow my 5 day progestrone course starts again.
