dr kadwa, i cant breathe on one side of nose when I lay down on that side, sinusitis

i am 33 yrs old unmarried woman.

the ENT doctor said that i have sinusitis. i have this problem since the last 5-6 yrs.

I cannot breathe through one side of my nose when I lay down on that side. When I turn on another side, it opens up, but than the other side gets blocked up..

i have to put otrivin nasal drops whenever i lay down on either side for more than 10-15 mins

there is NO problem if lay down on my back.

there is NO problem in breathing if i am standing or walking or sitting.

sometimes i have little pain on the eyebrows area.

ther is NO discharge from nose NO swelling and NO other problem.

the problem increases if i have banana, cucumber, curd, and icecream .

please help
