Ear Infection

Sir,

I have ear infection inside on the ear wall . Now I use Ear drops (Antibiotics Drops) 2 times in a day but not cure properly.

I am feeling too much pain inside on the Ear Wall.

This problem arise may be due to my own fault as cleaning purpose.

So please advice me some medicine to cure my Ear problem.
