Is this the right sulphur to use?
Hi, I have been doing some research on sulphur and I seem to display the classic symptoms of not having enough of it - particularly skin and digestive conditions.I couldn't find much available locally so I ordered some sulphur pellets online from Amazon.ca, I realize now after receiving them that they are intended for hydroponics.... Is this a specific type of sulphur I should avoid? Do I mix it with water? Do I dissolve under tongue? Take with food?.....
