Remedy for Anger

My 4yr old daughter has recently become very angry, often losing her temper,seems to have a high level of frustration and no patience. This seems to have just switched in her without any known cause. She is not sleeping at night very well and is tried but will not sleep during the day. She also seems to have a need for high level of control in all areas of her life

When she is angry, what does she do? Yell/scream, throw things away/ kick things/ keep quite or What?

What has really happened to her? Please give details. Any other Physical issues?
