Frozen Shoulder

Dr. Doctor My Mother is suffering from pain in her right shoulder for about 6 months. Doctor said it is frozen shoulder & recomended some excersises.
Details:
Age- 66
Sex - Female
Difficulty in moving the right arm up & down.She is getting weaker day by day.
Please Advice Medicine.
