7 years autism worse after nat Mur 30c.Please help Dr iUdaya, rashimba and others

Please help with my son.Hi,
I have read through your website and I am amazed at the wonderful work you are doing especially for children with Autism.
Please I need help In treating my son who has autism and is seven years old. He is verbal but not conversational, can read and doing averagely well in a mainstream school. He is often irritable and whines a lot, sometimes laughs hysterically without reason and wakes uP at night between 3 am and 4 am. He constantly craves sugary food, pastry and milk but is allergic to milk and sometimes breaks out in hives. He has been on a GFCFSF diet and low ocal ate diet. He has never been sick but his head is often hot. He screams and says gibberish a lot especially when upset and excited.
We have previously done CEASE HOMOEPATHY with some success .

Following advice on this forum I gave him Nux vom 30c 3 doses. Next day I gave him thuja 30c 3 doses a day for three days. I then started him on Nat Mur 30c 3 doses daily for three days.

After thuja he was calm but after nat Mur he is feeling very miserable, grumpy, complaining and weeping for no reason and screaming saying eeee and dada dada with his nose running and jumping. He is really very miserable and wants to be carried and holding me very tight.
It has been 5 days after the nat Mur now and he is still like this

Please help me!

the laughter you are describing points me to remedy cannabis,

give
