Adenoids --Snoring

Dear Dr's,
I would like to advise remidy for my daughters who is 6 -1/2 yrs old born NVD who is currently having following symptoms and her symptoms are getting worse.

Complaints are: ( since last 1-1/2 years)
1.Snoring at night
2.Mouth Breathing
3.Bed wetting.
4.Irratable
5.Mood swings sometimes nice very next movements become angry
6.sturboness , does not want to listen to anyone
7.legs and hands movements during sleep
8.Gets up at the night to drink water.
9.Aversion to mental work
10.desire cold in general
11.exposure to cold or cold climate aggravates her complaints.
12.desire for spicy foods
13.desire for cold in general
14.likes citrus foods.

I have tried following homoeopathic medicine
1.Bacillinum 1 M 1dose /week for 1 month
2.Calc. Iod 200P for 15 days

symptoms were better after the administration of the above medicine but it has recur again
request to please suggest

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give bacillinum 10m one dose.
Avoid sour articles as they often antidote medicine.
