Dear Sir

I was reading about Salix Nigra.This medicine is mainly used for sex related problem.I also read that it should be given in mother tinture form.My question is when I search out various supplier for this remedy,they even make high potency like 1M 10M and CM.now if only mother tinture is of use ,why do they make high potency if only Q form is generally used.please inform me. What is the harm if we use this remedy in high potency.

When any remedy is given in Q form it can be given mechanically like a herbal supplement. If a remedy is to be given in high potency the prescriber should work out his own treatment plan in detail. Then it comes in the purview of artistic prescribing.
