Severe Knee pain

My wife aged 59 years suffer from severe knee pain in both knees. Pain aggravated after sciatica pain in left leg which made her immobile for about 15 days in December 2015. She was cured by homeopathy. She is advised for the knee reconstruction therapy for both knees at a leading hospital in Bangalore. At the moment she is taking Ayurveda treatment at a Kerala Vaidyshala. Kindly help us.

1. Bryonia-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Calc Phos-12x+Mag Phos-12x (3+3) pallets twice a day
Pl give this treatment for 10 days and then come back
