geographic tomgue looks like a worldmap. patches of white on a red tongue or patches of red on a white one....it's called 'lingua geographica' and mostly occurs in women, the cause is not known but is considered to be connected to hormonal imballance. It's no need to treat this tomgue discoloration at all

what you describe, however sounds more like 'lingua plicata" - where there are cracks all over the tongue horizontal or diaginal. This phenomenon is considered to be connected with instable or frightful or sensitive personality and not needed to be treated either.
besides that nobody knows how to treat it anyways.
in homeopathy it can be a very valuable symptom in finding the right remedy. considering the medicines you take, i assume there are more problems than just the tongue.
why don't you go and see a hom. doc, he might be able to help you getting rid of everything at the same time

My cracked tongue occurred immediately after eating a local Italian restaurant, where they make their own tomato sauces...i tasted blood, and when looked in my mouth saw large cracks in center of my tongue...

I'm assuming it has something to do with the meal i ate, maybe too much acid, or somthing..but it is not healing...i do eat a lot of tomatoes, but this is the first time I've had such a reaction
