Knee pain

I'm 40 years old, suffering from knee pain. I got the pain while standing up, sitting down, hanging my legs down or when legs are folded. I has no pain while walking or standing. My weight is 70Kg, height 5 ft. No B.P or Sugar. Plz suggest me a homeo remedy.

Also take Mag.Phos-200 five drops only at night time. report after 7days

Sir, Colchicum Autumnale is available in the stores. can I take this?

Instead of Cholchecum, 'Colchicum Autumnale' is available in the stores. Are they same medicines? are not? Can I purchase the medicine? Plz give me the reply Sir.
