Frozen shoulder (right)

Stabbing pain extending to bicep/thricep/elbow
Worse at night, pain also right neck
Joining shoulder. Cutting/throbbing pain front shoulder joint - all worse lying down ,
Worse at night- stiffness of shoulder,
Since 4 months- better by icing but
Hot water too feels better-

For 4 years I have been swimming
Regularly. Restricted movement of my R shoulder but without pain
Experienced early 18 months ago.
I am 67 years young
