Frozen Shoulder (Right)

Dear Dr
Right shoulder stiffness started 18 months ago but with only little pain but last 4 months suffering from terrible pain at night and during the day pain by little movement. Lying in any position is painful at night. Pain worse post midnight early morning in bed and better on sitting. Pain at nape if right neck with very mild soreness at the cervical region. Cutting pain fron shoulder joint extends to biceps, triceps and forehand. Movement of right hand restricted. X-ray normal and normal blood sugar.
