Wet dreams, erectile dysfunction and watery semen

Hi Doctor,
I am 28 yrs old
height 5.7
weight 60 kg

I am suffering from wet dreams since last 8, 10 years and i am having it around 6-7 times in a month. I have been taking Adel 36 for last 14 months and found some benefits like wet dreams from 15-16 to 6-7 times in a month and weight increased from 55 to 60. But the problem of erectile dysfunction, weak penis and watery semen remain the same.
I also feel pain in my penis after night falls. please suggest me some good solution i will be very thankful to you.

Baryta carb 30 three times daily for 7 days .pl have nux vom 30 evening time for five days first and then baryta carb

Just to inform you, I had nightfalls yesterday night and also today's nigh twice. But good things were I didn't feel pain in penis after nightfalls n it was happened after 12 days.

Wanted to add something more about my past.
As I'm suffering from nightfalls for more than 8-9 year I feel my penis is so weak that it remains below 90 Degree while erection and curved/thin at its base.
My body is also weak and i take sleep of 9-10 hrs. And my memory is so weak that I can't memorised a mobile number even if I hear 10 times, same with names and faces.

Also I had severe pain in my right knee around 10 yrs back and for that I've taken painkillers for 3-4 years on a daily basis. (I feel thses painkiller meds was the main reason of my poor health/memory).
Please suggest.

picric acid 6c three times daily for 7 days two times daily for 8 to 15 days one time daily for rest of the month china 6 at bed time daily dame way .

Hi Doctor, again thanks for your prescriptions. I almost have completed 30 days of course. During this I had 6 night falls however for last 8 days I haven't suffer from any wet dream.
I also feel Frequent urinatio and my urine spray out like a shower, instead of a stream. And some times I feel pain in the base(inside the body) of penis after peeing.
Please suggest the further action.

Hi Dr. akshaymohl, I found good results of picric acid 6c and china 6. I was feeling pumped and my face looks more broader. But since I stop taking medicine I have 2 Nightfalls within 12 days. Please suggest me some strong medicine to stop these Nightfalls.
