About Bach flower remedies

I have selected mimulus and white chestnut for me for my some mental problems. But i don't know the process of how to take?
I have liquid form of those remedies, those i have purchased. Should i dissolve globules by those remedies? Or pour some drops of remedy in half ounce of distilled water mixed with few drops of rectified sprit? And how often i should take the remedies?
Can anyone tell me this?

You can take them in different ways. A standard way to prepare them is take a small bottle with a dropper and fill it with one third brandy and the rest with wáter and add 3 drops of the essence. You can take a few drops from this preparation 3 times a day or as often as you feel the need. In general it's not advisable to use distilled wáter since it is dead wáter. You can use mineral wáter instead. Another way of preparing them is just take a glass of wáter and put 3 drops of the essence. An sip when you need it. I do this when I feel i need to take a remedy often. In this form you need to prepare the remedy every day. Hope this helps.

Sorry. I forgot to add that if you want to take the two of them at the same time, you can put both essence in the same bottle. According to the guidelines of the Bach Center you can put up to 6 at a time, Rescue remedy counting as one.

Does it need to shake before using, like homeopathic medicines to change the potency?

Is there any potency of Bach flower remedies? If no then how the same dilution works in repeated doses? As the vital force does not receive the same potency(Dilution) in the same body furthermore (Haneman told)

Can you give me the link of Bach center for the guidelines?
