Weight loss

I would like to know which remedies are good for weight loss (including potency). I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease, am post-menopause and tend to retain water in my legs. I tend to carry weight in my thighs and stomach. I am active person, but I suffer from having a stressful life.

To reduce lower body fat is a big task. Still would like to tell you, You should eat healthy food and practise squat which gives immediate results to loose thigh fat.
