Erection Problem

I am 33 years old male. weight 70kg and height 5'10". I married 10 month before but till now I can't perform sex for a single time due to ED problem. My penis erect but within a second it again soft. I didn't get time to enter.
Not even get time to wear condom. If I continue massage my penis with hand its errect. if I remove my hand again soft.

My free testosterone level is only 5.01 pg/ml.After taking clomid now its 13.6pg/ml. I took Tadalafil 10mg. After taking this I got erection but very soon again soft.

My penis also very weak in base and a bend in base. During erection my penis point in downward.when I push try to enter it broken from that place.

I have masturbate habit in my past teenage time.

please help me to advice me some guidance to get well
