now that I think about it, this pattern is not new either. just the vertigo sensation.

i've always been fairly alert on first waking and going about my morning. but the energy wears off within a few hours of whenever I get up.

my husband and I have been talking lately and that whole situation is much better so i feel very happy and positive. also we decided to keep my horse so i am over the moon about that situation.

I feel tired and grumpy today I think because my head hurts a bit and also I haven't had any chocolate all week and I am about to go absolutely crazy lol.

maybe I am slightly a little bit more emotional....crying freely when I feel like it, and I have felt like it a lot recently. (not without reason)

I feel like I may be PMS'ing possibly...who knows.
otherwise, nothing's different.

I've got a lot of back/shoulder/neck tension, pressure in my temples, light sensitivity (eyes) happening right now. It's been increasing the last few hours. It feels hormonal.

I was just reading a book and it's hard to absorb/remember what I'm reading. Also it makes me more sleepy to read.

Well I think it prolonged my clear-headed time of morning energy.
I took it around 9am.
I was motivated to get dressed and go outside on the porch and do a little pruning in my flower pots. Then we came in and got cleaned up and baby took a nap at 12.

My sinuses were pretty congested this morning and through the night even. The tension went away with sleeping.
I decided that part of this pattern is frequent urination at night. This has happened to me before --before I was pregnant.

Maybe vertigo isn't the right word for this. There's definitely an element of dizziness though. My head feels cloudy and heavy. my eyes feel a little dry(think that's allergies).
I'm pretty tired. I just want to space out. I wish I knew a better way to describe it.
I feel better after sleeping. Even if I can lay down for 20 minutes and try to go to sleep, it sort of resets me.

The tip of my nose started itching again for like a half hour.... Not anymore.
I woke up with another huge painful zit emerging on my chin. (Before second dose)

rom109 8 years ago
"Morning energy..." Wore off around 2pm. Now very tired.

rom109 8 years ago
no dose of sulf tomorrow--we will approach slow--between doses--ands access after each has time reveal --

help me here.
as soon as morning energy wears off----dizzy thing occurs and lasts til sleep.
is that correct understanding?

John Stanton 8 years ago
Yep that's correct

rom109 8 years ago
how was sleep? for son and u last night? dreams?

John Stanton 8 years ago
Sleep has been OK. Baby is havin a little bit of a hard time. Still wakes up frequently to nurse and last night woke up crying. He's got another tooth comin through.
My sleep is good...could use more. Was pretty tired this morning --more so than the few nights before.

He has been kind of hyper during the day and cries/throws fits when I take things away from him. Like big time.

rom109 8 years ago
what is his mood before u take away the things?
what sort of things?

John Stanton 8 years ago
Before- happy/hyper or just normal playing with whatever.
I take away things he can't have like paper (he loves paper), removing him from playing in the dog water, getting into cupboards.... Etc.
