Mix 4 to 5 drops of the medicine in 100ml. of water thoroughly.
Two teaspoons, about 10ml. Is one dose.
Take it twice a day.
Don't add any more drops. Stir the liquid well, before taking each dose.
This should last 5 days.
Report after a week. No other medicines.
Don't strain for stool. Wait till you feel the pressure and let it come out naturally.
Make sure that there are no odors on you (perfumes etc), around you (Room sprays, camphor fumes etc), and in your mouth before taking the medicine.

according ur direction i have started medicine yesterday night itself.....but i having a problm that is indigestion.....feeling as if food is not digested and it reaching throat i could feel what i have ate couple of hours before......and too much gas is passing from anus after any food taken

Aloe covers those symptoms too.
Don't take any other medicine except aloe as suggested. Bear with any discomfort meanwhile.

u hava asked any discomfort with bear meanwhile....so my answer is i have not consumef bear fo more than 6 months

but passing of gas through anus after every meal and stool is still wayery jelly fluid type sometimes when i go fo second time

How is the pain while going to stool?
Do you still feel the 'mirchi' like burning?
Is there any pain while passing the flatus? Any smell?
How do you feel overall? Better or same as when you started treatment?
