i donot feel any burning or stiching pain in anus but prolashed rectum during stool

ok....
But some unusual happening with stool some time dark jell stool some time normal some time dry .....
wht should i do ?
water atleast 3 litr per day....
But still every day different type of stool....
Though I donot go for fast food outside......
once week oilly food that too home made.....
Pls suggest me wht should I do...

Take podophyllum 200c..4 pills twice a day for three days.. Repeat if necessary after a week..again 4 pills twice a day for three days.

Report after a month.

For couple of week when i am going to second bowl i am having black jelly watery stool force out from rectum high speed...almost diahorea type stool but in less quantity but dark jelly watery
what i take..???

Very painfull after having bowl i usually have 2 -3 times bowl...first stool is hard tgen after its normal but after stool i feel a great pain in anus...
