Very bad case of erectile dysfunction

Hello I have a bad case of erectile dysfunction. I have tried many things but the only one that seems to work is Cialis 10 MG prescribed by my doctor. Is therr any homeopathy medicine I can take to help restore my sexual function? Also I plan on going on a date with a girl this week... is there anything you can suggest I buy and can take in order to improve my performance? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Is it for daily use? Or need to use like Viagra on occasion?

I have only used it few times for first time ever. Like 4 pills to try.. Will plan to order more but I would love a more natural and affordable solution especially long term fix...
