Regarding pneumonia

My 6 month old son always suffering from pneumonia also known as PASLI CHALNA. everytime I consulted a allopathic doctor but after stopping the medicine the disease came again. please tell me any homeopathy medicine to cure pneumonia from root.

Please give him Belladonna 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. If this doesn't help give Antimonium Tart 200 and Pulsatilla 200 one by one in the same way. One dose means one pill.
