Hello. I need a constitutional remedy for my mare. I can't figure it out. She is fat and muscular, broad chest and behind, big head, blonde, very affectionate and friendly, brave, kind, sensitive, opinionated, big appetite, can't loose weight,

Constitutional remedy is an overstretched concept. One should work out an indicated remedy based on prevailing symptoms instead of relying on constitutional features. The constitutional approach also works and it enjoys good popularity due to it's simplicity. Puls, Ign, Phos are possible remedies here.
