are you still on ayurvedic medicines?
i must confess that homeo and ayurvedic medicines do not gel well together.
phyto 30 in addition three times a day for a week and a feed back.

I know the contradictions, i only take ashwaganda powder and rub mustard oil with ajwain in shoulder. I will try this last one and report. Thank you for your time

You are sounding as if you are doing a favour to Anuj by following his suggestions.
He is doing a selfless service and you can't put restrictions like I will try your medicine only once more...something like that.
A series of medicines is the norm in homeopathy and no homeopath can zero in on the medicine in one go. It rarely happens.
You can still be helped, but you have to change your attitude.
Come back if you want to get further help.
