Erectile dysfunction serious condition

i am 30 male masturbating regularly no hard erections and i took many medicines but no effect caladium seg 200 gave me pain in testosterones and then i visited dr he gave me medicine then it recovered and he told to not to use caladium as it cause shrinkage to testostrones when i intimate my penis doesnt get erect after initial leakage of thin sperm after that it does not erect my height is 5'10" weight is 85 bp remain low most times heat comes out of my feet and i feel tired all the times my morning erections are not good and not week it erect when i watch porn in the morning knee bones also gives sound when i sit or stand up i use to smoke but from 3months only i am getting married in few months plz help me out can i get rid of this problem ? if yes plz suggest any best remedy
