PCOS, weight and BP issues

I am looking for some professional help. I am 28 years old female diagnosed with pcos. Conceived naturally my first child in 2003 but had pregnancy induced hypertension in last few months of pregnancy and had a c-section for delivery. I have been overweight since I was 16 years but somehow in last three years I am contantly putting on weight and not able to shed it despite serious efforts of diet restrictions, exercise, weight training, cardio, aerobics and yoga. I am also diagnosed as insulin resistant, but my blood sugars are low normal. I also have had some readings of bp in the range of 130/90- 150/100, however sometimes the readings are 120/80. I am looking for some solution to my weight and I am hopeful that weight loss would result in stabilising my BP also. right now I am taking metformin for insulin resistance. I also chew garlic cloves in the morning and have tried lemon-honey with warm water combo. Please help me get through this and I shall always be obliged by your efforts.
