food allergies

About a month ago, I had an allergic reaction to penicillin. And now recently I have been experience allergic reactions to food (unknown) that include throat swelling, lips tingling, itchiness, and trouble breathing. I first thought it was sodium benzoate, then the pepper family and now too much avocado. I eat about 5 avocados per week. I know they are good for you, but could this be putting too much sulphur in my diet? I am so confused and just want to figure out what is causing these symptoms. I think my body is very sensitive since the penicillin reaction. Also, I read that a lot of antibiotics contain sulphur compounds.

I already suffered from Anxiety and panic attacks for the last 2 years that come and go. A lot of times they come on after eating certain foods. My natureopathic doctor thinks its food related, possibly. I also have a low thyroid after the second child, high cholestorel, etc. SO my body is out of whack!!!
