Hashimotos and possible sinus infection

HI,
Could someone help me out with some symptoms please. Dr has diagnosed me with Hashimotos but has just given me Thyroid drugs which everything I have read says to not take them as they will mask the cause and possible make more complications.
My symptoms are bloating, gas, weight gain, breast size has increased dramatically, joint and muscle stiffness, some insomnia, dry scabbing skin on scalp and in ears.
The other thing going on right now is I have had a bleeding nose since July 2015 after living in a very unhealthy house. It scabs, I blow my nose and it bleeds again. Dr gave antibiotics as he throught it may be a fungal infection in my sinus'. The side of my face in front of my ears is swollen, ears feel blocked and sometimes hurt and I have been having regular headaches. The glands in my throat are often swollen.
My left eye is becoming more blurred over the last 2 years.

49/Female/New Zealand/European. 1.7m/ 90kg/Skin medium/Eye green.
I prefer the heat - have to soak in hot water every week. No great thirst.


I have generally been healthy for all of my life. I did have lots of tonsillitis as a child. I had a C-section with my daughter 10 years ago and lots of trauma around her birth and for following 3 years.
I have had several motorcycle accidents but no serious injuries.

My periods were consistent and heavy until 2 years ago when they stopped. I never experienced pain with them until the last couple of years.

I am a very spiritual person. I go out of my way to help others. I believe we have the ability to heal from anything. I have no real fears as I have a strong trust and faith that all is as it is meant to be. I am an artist. I am empathetic. I don't like being around people as I feel the energies so strongly. I like time alone. Seeing others in pain hurts me and I weep when I witness compassion in others. I love animals.

As a child I felt as though I didn't belong, I often questioned my parents about who were my real parents - felt adopted. Began to run away very young as I had a 'mission' to do. I liked school only in that it kept me away from home. I felt unloved by my Mother. We moved at pivotal point in my life and school and I became very rebellious. I left home at 14 and provided for myself since then.
Had much physical abuse happen to me until I was 17,

Most people are stand-offish with me as they feel I don't play by normal rules. I don't like small-talk and I don't care what others think of me. Most people come to me when they need help with understanding their life. Most people would say I am helpful, trustworthy, kind, loving, caring, intense, honest.
