Lack of self-confidence

Hello explorers
I am very new to this site and got some interesting topics to read about. My problem is related to lack of self confidence while talking in a group of people or talking to someone of opposite sex. I think it started because of my masterbation habits that I started in 16 yrs of age.
I feel sensations on my face and shyness while talking to someone new. I always care a lot about others thinkings and got hurt by self most of the time.
I am 27 yrs old male looking for the solution of my problem. Please help needed by some professional. Thanks
