Lack of self confidence, please help

I am a very low confident person. I want to do a good/change job but I am so scared. I get worried when I think about it. I start having these future assumptions that someone will be harsh towards me where I work or I will lose my job. They will treat me wrong. I always have feeling that people are judging me or I am scared that people will say bad things to me. Please, please help. It is really important for me that I get rid of this problem. I want to be a confident person.
