Cough and headache

Hi - I have a very nasty bug...It started Sunday evening in my lungs. This burning sensation. Now my sinuses as blocked, I have a banging headache and the worst part is trying to sleep.

I have a mild temperatue and my sinus and blocked.

If I lie flat I get these convulsing spasmodic coughs...so much so that I almost vomit, and have head pains from all this coughing .

Not to much of a fever but I cannot focus at all. Just want to sleep but have to sit up due to the cough. Cough is worse at night

Also chest tightness like ashtma...Very irritiable, even speaking can set off the cough spasms.

I am male, 42.

If I were you go to the urgent care near you if u s a Or to a dr to check
For pneumonia.
