Severe cough and cold with tremendous headache

Doctor,

My wife is suffering from severe cough and cold with tremendous headache throughout the day. Both the nostrils are blocked and sometimes there is little discharge of yellowish phlegm. Kindly suggest a remedy.

Please give her three doses of Pulsatilla 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects.
