excessive masturbation
I am 29 and i have been masturbating since i was 13. I have all the bad effects of excess masturbation i.e hair thinning/fall, penis flaccid, bladder often over active, restlessness in pubic area, poor concentration/memory, aged face, dark circles, fat accumulation (belly, waist), weak legs/arms, knees pain/weakness, heavy headedness etc.But now the main thing is that i have stopped masturbating for about 2 weeks now and stopped all homeo medications. Now if i take energetic food like mutton/lamb/ginkgo biloba etc., my whole body gets really weak as if the nerves dont have even the strength to bear the power of therapy. I am a total picture of weakness like an old man of 50 or 60.Main point of weakness is usually chest area with palpitations. With each palpitation weakness seems to go to arms specially and generally to the whole body. Please suggest me something

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I also want to add that i tried doing exercise for about 10 minutes daily (weight exercises+normal exercise) but even with this little strainous exercise my all body becomes really weak as if it cant retain any power whether its in the form of food or exercise. So i have to stop it as i dont have enough spirit and power to do it again.
