Backache

Backache to Ms Singh started two years back. It was not very intense and used to get cured with warm application and massage. The frequency of its occurrence was once in say 6 months. Sometimes Ignatia 200 was administered with good results.
Last three months the frequency , intensity and duration have increased and Ignatia has become ineffective.
The characteristics of the pain is as below.
Pain is limited to a small area. It starts with work stress(in the kitchen) when she has to stand for two three hours. Hot application and massage gives relief for sometime .Pain is better while lying on bed and increases

and increases on standing/walking.
The position of the pain is in the middle of the back. Earlier it was in the left side but now it is in the right.
The patient is a 63 years aged female with slightly frail personality..
Request kindly suggest medication.

No taker for the case? At least I thought Dr Kadwa would like to suggest medication on the issue.
Request Dr Kadwa for suggestions.
