premature ejaculation
i am 48 years old but facing this problem since i got married at 18. this has also made me mentally disturbed. i have tried a couple of tinctures ashwagandha damiana agnus cactus etc please adviceZubaing on 2017-01-15

now theres some other problem. my penis has become very soft and does not erect easily when i ejaculate there is no pressure i cannot feel the penis move when i ejaculate when when i urinate and try to tighten my pelvic muscle the penis doesnt move. i consume 4 to 5 warm water every morning and thats the reason i urinate a couple of times in the morning but during that i also notice urine incontinence. please suggest

I used it for a week but still I can feel the penis soft. there is some improvement in premature ejaculation should I continue with the medicine
