Anal Fissure

Hi Dr, I am sufferring from Anal fissure again.

History : Anal fissure started a month back. Took some allopathic med as per the physician : Peg move powder(stool softner), Anobliss ointment (Calcium channel blocker) and Ornof Antibioic. Condition was good in 1.5 weeks but this started again.

Currently : Blood and pain while passing stool, On applying ointment I could feel the cut lines in the anus. Swell in the external part of anus.
Itching and pain in the anus after applying the ointment for 5-6 hrs.

Yesterday I showed to a dr. and he recommended : Nitric Acid 200 once in 3 days, Carboveg 6 and Aloes 30 two times a day.

I had only one dose of Nitric Acid 200. Should I also take Hamamelis for blood?
