high cholestrol, blood sugarHi,
Am having this problem from couple of months. My right shoulder joint and deltoid muscle pains a lot. It started in the winters and then had a relief. As summer set in, continous AC in the office and home (in the night)the pains got aggravated. I was playing badminton regularly, which stopped because of the pain. Any movement of the right arm gives me a severe pain.
(Have taken Homeo medicines viz, Arnica, Bryonia, Rhus Tox & Ruta. These medicines did not provide any relief.)
While chewing or eating, my left ear pain severely. If I chew on the right side and press the left ear, am able to eat.
To aggravate the problem, I got diagonised for High Cholestrol and High blood sugar. Every thing went into a reversal or a toss. Probably these flared because I did not continue with my playing.
My details :
Male, age - 59, Indian.
As my age is almost 60, complications have set in. Need to find a way to avoid all complications and stay healthy.
Once my right hand is cured, my exercises would continue and probably my cholestrol levels and blood sugar levels would come down.
Cholestrol - 239
TC/HDLC ratio - 5.43
LDLC/HDLC ratio - 4.03.
Blood sugar fasting - 129
Please do let me know if any further details are required.
Kindly advise me. Please help.

Please take Lycopodium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. If this doesn't work take Causticum 200 twice a day for a week.
