Fever in 7 month old

My 7 month old is running a temperature of 38.4. She feels very hot to touch. She also has a stuffy nose. I really really hope its not a bacterial infection, I would really hate for her to need antibiotics and mess her tummy up further. Any advice on what I can do that avoid that?
I have been given her Pascoeleucyn.

Dissolve 1 drop in 1 tsp and give to the baby. Once only
