Please help my gf with PCOS

She is 34 Years old from New Zealand living in Australia. Been diagnosed with PCOS since last year but has not been given any treatment as of yet

1- Weight loss problem. She is 130kg for 1m68. have not been able to lose weight even being on a healthy diet. Been gaining alot of weight lately

2- Facial hair especially on the chin and upper lips, also hair thinning and hair loss.

3- Sometime constipated sometimes not

4- reckless feet sometimes on bed time

5- Food cravings specially fast food and sweets like mc do or ice cream (specially when stressed)

6- irregular and painful periods. Her periods can come once every 4-5 months and can last from 5 days up to a month.

7- unable to conceive

8- always having low iron levels

Do you suspect any thyroid problem? Does she need to have a thyroid test done?

Complete T3,T4 and TSH.

Hello sir,

Thank you for yout prompt reply,

we just came back from her doctor and yes they did got thyroid tests done with her every year since 2012 with everything coming normal.

Her latest results are as follows:

Free T4: 14.3 pmol/L
TSH: 1.0 mIU/L

There is no T3 test results on the report, but the doctor says that there is absolutely nothing wrong with her thyroid.
