Allergies/Sinus Congestion/ Pressure?

Hey there,

I been having sinus/congestion/and allergies for over a month and half now.

The inside of my nose is inflamed, and sometimes when the weather changes i feel pressure on it. The pressure goes to my nose and to my forehead and also my ears.

Its like the nerves are pulling and very uncomfortable, and lately i have been have pressure on my left side. The pressure goes from my ears to my nose and its like pulling feeling and also feels like somebody putting a hand on my face.

I try to sleep straight but when i wake up, i find the pressure is on my full left side and aloot of pressure on my ears.

I'm taking some allergy medication and some prescription nasal spray.

I'm in Canada and the weather here constantly changing from hot to cold, or rainy vice versa.

i hope somebody can help me with my problem and cure me please as its very hard to sleep and during the day i get this pulling and its annoying.
