Suffering with external piles

Hi,

I'm suffering with external pilesproblem.
It pains a lot and it sewlling just outer side of my anus. I am unable to sit properly. It is paining badly.

It is not bleeding yet. Please suggest some medicine.

I don't want to go for alopathic treatment or surgery.

Thank you for your suggestion. Please also help with the doses.

At medicine shop, they asked for ratanhia30 and brionia30 also. Should I need to take those medicines too?
