Premature ejaculation

Hello sir, i m from india,i am 23 years old,my penis head is very sensitive and as a result i ejaculate early also rarely like once in 10 times my penis looses erection while foreplay and i have once lasted longer like around 8-9 minutes also but now i finish early. Please suggest me medecine and also if anything to get 100% erection i think erection is good both in girth and length but i feel it is around 80-90% from the base it seems less.
