excessive masturbation

Hi Sir,

I am a 24 year old international student in uk, i have been masturbating from age of 12. At present there is not a single day i haven't masturbated . i cant really stop it all. because of it my hair started thinning, i get tired very quickly, memory loss and lack of motivation and i cant really focus on my studies. Please help me. And if possible please suggest me a medicines which i can buy in uk or get it delivered in uk from some other countries.

Bufo 30 twice daily for 7 days from 4th day .
China 6c one dose at bed time from 4th day for 15 days.pl drink more water and avoid fatty fried and spicy diet.Pl note that excess of every thing is bad and preserve your energy for sports or studies.
