4 years old speech delay Mild autism hyper active
Hi,My 4yrs son has speech delay he can sing his rhymes (not clear) A to Z Alphabets,1-30 numbers shapes colors and objects,but he can not communicate,he can not understand and follow the instructions
Never calls me or someone else
He loves to jumping on the bed and loves to play with water all the time
His sleep and hunger is fine
A Dr suggested tuberculinum 1m only one dose, Nat Mur 30 calc phos 30 3times daily
Baryta carb 200 weekly
Plz help is this ok?
Or suggest a best medicine for my son I m ao much worried
