Aggressive jerking of legs whilst sleeping

Hi,
I have had periodic leg movements(medical term) for about ten years and it seems to be getting worse. When I am sleeping my legs and sometimes my arms jerk uncontrollably and quite aggressively, I usually am not even aware that it is happening and it is obviously affecting my sleep.
I have been to the GP, they ran some blood test and the only thing they found wrong was my ferritin levels (iron stores) were low, no other advice was given.
Please help.
Mark

Did you use Cuprum Met?

Yes I gave it a try, but I still seem to be thrashing whilst I'm sleeping

Please take Agaricus 200 in evening for 10 days and see how that affects.

One dose means 2 pills or drops.

Thanks for the reply.
Which agaric?
