Blocked Sinus

With the above reference


1) 3 months ago PNS X-ray shows that "left" frontal sinus is completely filled with mucous. ENT Specialist says that sinus opening hole is blocked and surgery is required. (to open the hole)

My feeling are as follows

1) Sinus Issue

A) I can breath from both nostril easily.

B) There is chronic swelling in sinus.

C) Allergy test shows that i have dust allergy.

D) In 2015 nasal turbinate reduction surgery (RF based) helped me.

E) In winter or any season i never get flue/fever etc

F) Headache is more on left side

G) No sneezing in dust.

H) Discharge form nose is "glue" type very thick transparent mucous. (though discharge is very rare). And it took lot of effort to expel mucous.

I) Antibiotics + Antihistamine don't work at all


2) Dull headache (heaviness) + tight Band around head through out the day.

3) Dry lips + large dry skin patches on face (beard area) + between eye brows there is dandruff

4) "Pothos Foetidus 6" potency works always for sinus congestion (with in minutes). I have tried 30 and tincture but only 6 potency works. It is the only homeo medicine which always works.

5) Hand and feet are cold even in warm bed. Body is cold. Drink very less water. Take 5 -7 cup of tea. Prefer Salty foods. Can't tolerate spicy foods. I dont use heater in winter. I cant stay in a room packed with many people. In fresh cold air i feel better.

6)"Niacin 250mg (flush type), Folic acid, vitamin B12 and Omega 3 "works for me. This combination produce some wet nose internally (produce histamine). I think i have low histamine in the body.

My observation is that antidepressants (SSRI, SNRI and NRI) does not provide any relief but increase mental restlessness .

The above combination helps me in headache + sleep + racy thoughts etc

I think i have high level of some neurotransmitters.

7) It is very difficult for me to reduce weight.

8) Most important i need 9 + hour sleep daily. Very hard to lean new things (new programming languages). Tired easily. Extreme lack of motivation in all aspects (job + daily life tasks etc). I can't drive car , have blood phobia. Have fear of accidents. See always negative aspects. Fear of future (job related). Can't do work on time. Can't learn English language can't remember new words

Actually headache due to sinus does not allow to me to do work with efficiency and as a result i get depression.

9) Walk help me. After lying in bed, i feel better, There may be blood circulation issue. Brain Fog type feeling. Can't focus on any subject. Head feel heavy it might be due to blocked sinus or poor blood circulation.

10) There may be adrenal and thyroid issue. Thyroid pills (Levo- thyroxine) works (increases metabolism). I have 95KG weight, it should be 70Kg according to my BMI.

11) Last year in march 2016 i was using Pothos Foetidus 6 + Vitamin D3 10000 units/day + nasal Spary and i was 100% problem free for few days then Pothos Foetidus 6 was short in supply and stopped using it. nasal Spary + Vitamin D3 10000 units/day does not work without Pothos Foetidus 6.

12) Ultrasound (2016 )shows that i have some Fatty liver. ALT and other enzymes are fine.

Blood test shows (many year ago) that i have increased Immunoglobulin E (IgE) factor.

I got allergy in 1997, doctors misdiagnosed it and treated me with antidepressants for years.

I am not using any antidepressant since march 2016. GNC products like tyrosine, tryptophan, omega 3, magnesium, Zinc, selenium, B complex , calcium, .. helped me to stop antidepressants completely.

Currently using Niacin 250mg (flush type), Folic acid, vitamin B12, Omega 3, Glutathione (for liver).


I need some help in sinus issues.
