Irregular periods

Hi,
I am married and 29 year old.i have been facing delay in my cycle since 2-3 months.This time I was supposed to get my cycle on 15th March.But didn’t get.I underwent a TVS scan which showed I have an ovarian cyst in my right ovary and that’s 14mm in size.I am already visiting a Homeopathic doctor,he gave me 2 dosage but it’s been 8-9 days I am taking the medicine I am not getting my cycle.Please suggest.

Thanks for the response
Weight -60 kg
Height is 5.2
Age is 29
Bp normal
Last menstrual period was 10th Feb,lasts only for 3 days rest 2 days remains scanty
I wake up at 8 or 9 AM
I go to bed around 12AM or 12:30 AM
I work with an IT company
Daily diet is breakfast as Upma,poha or any other light food ,lunch as chapati n sabji,dinner as chapati n sabji,fruits n milk I take daily
No digestion issues
Mood swings sometimes is there
No issues with sleep
Yes I have been working out at gym since 3 months I haven’t lost any weight
I drink at least 1 bottle every day ,nowadays 3 bottle

Take Pulsatilla 30 one dose every alternate day for two weeks.
