Dr basu , need advice
Sir as uh proscribed I used to take arnica Montana 200c for three days and now 7 days has passed .Reports are I don't think it's work lot for me , I am still breaking out , having tight bumps some filled with tight pus and few are filled with liquid pus and water like blister. And as the time passes the bumps enlarge in size and did not dry unless I pick them to take their pus out which leaves scars , also prefer me something for scars

Then you answer following.
Which part of your face is mostly affected, I mean chin?forehead?
Is it changed with seasons
Do you feel it happens more before/after the period?
When it starts does it contain pus?
How many days requires to mature those pimples?

Sir I am a boy aged 18 yrs
The most affected part are both cheeks at where these bumps occur alternately
These are not very affected with season but in summer these are mostly frequent
All contain pus with their origin , few are also filled with water
These are already contain pus which looks like capsule (have a pic of that) so many of them do not dry unless their pus are bring out
but some get dry in 8-10 days

1.Drink enough water at least 3 litres a day.
Add 250 gm of fruit in your daily diet.
Take dinner at 9 pm & go to bed at 11 pm.
Wake up at 6 am and play some outdoor games for 30 min or so.
Take
1. Arnica M 1M only one dose at every third day(5 Dose )
2.Hepar Sulphur 200 one dose at Morning and one at evening everyday.
Feedback after 15 day.

As you prescribed I am taking the above medicine arnica M 1M and heper sulphur 200 , the seven days passed and 3 days before I again broke out and this time the bumps was very red and too much enlarged then they normally occurs . That too they contain almost 2times pus then regular

As you prescribed I have finished hepar sulph 200 and the result that the bumps are looking little bit smaller but the scars are getting darker then previous time .

Approx 10-15 glass daily
The fruit I takes 3-4 bananas ,few tometos 1 mango
Dinner time is between 8-9 pm
Time to sleep is 11:30 pm
6o'clock to awak
Stool is normal , not so frequently in day

Sir , I am using the Kali brom 30 for past 10 days , I can't notice any improvement but there are my right cheek is full with these bumps

But if bumps are on left cheek , then also the right cheek have many no. Of bumps

12th Day:No Medicine
13th Day:Hepar Sulphur 200C.4 pills at Morning.

Sir it's has the time passed .
Can't say that it did not worked but still on the right cheek there are too many spots and bumps occuring. For past 10 days they did not dried yet but there area is turned small and there pus is getting tight , they will not dry unless I take it out .
I did it for few and there pus was looking like a small piece of rice .
Anything else you can help me sir.

Take
1.Berberis aquifolium Q 5 drops in 15 ml water twice daily. At morning & night.(Except Sunday)
2.Hepar Sulphur 1M every Sunday Morning
Report Back after a month.

Just cannot see too much better
Once more I want to share that I frequently use a fairness cream twice a day for more than one year .
Few days ago I thought that can using cream cause acne , so I stopped it .
One day was passed well , on the second day I got a very big breakout at my forehead it is too solid but can't say it has pus or not .
Third day , I got very big acne in the morning at my right cheek , very first it was too hard and tight but on next day it develop a point from which the pus was easily visible . I am having everyday a new bumps like it .
Just cannot see too much better

And the old small tiny acne I had on the right cheek has not cured too much but it's getting on alternative means having too much in few days
